1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the customer”) and Charlie’s Star Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Handmade Nature of Items

All pieces are handmade, and slight variations in colour, finish or pattern are normal. This is part of the uniqueness of resin art and is not considered a fault.

3. Bespoke / Personalised Orders

Custom and memorial items are made to your exact specifications. Once work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure all spelling, photos, ashes, inclusions or details provided are correct.

4. Processing & Turnaround Times

Processing times vary depending on order volumes. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to material shortages, but you will always be updated.

5. Shipping

Items are shipped via Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control. Lost parcels are handled through Royal Mail’s claims process.

 

  • Please provide accurate delivery information — we cannot replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • No returns or refunds on personalised or memorial items unless faulty.
  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You confirm all design details provided are correct.
  • You understand colours may vary depending on lighting or screen settings.

8. Safety Information

  • Resin items are not toys. Keep away from babies, children, and pets.
  • Do not expose items to extreme heat.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos and wording remain the property of Charlie’s Star Creations and may not be copied or reproduced.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is used only for processing your order and will never be shared or sold.
