Thank you for shopping with Charlie’s Star Creations. As all our items are handmade with care, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product. Please read the information below before placing your order.

1. Processing Times

Personalised / Made-to-Order Items
Most resin items are handcrafted once your order is placed.
  • Current processing time: 7–14 days
  • Time may vary depending on design complexity, curing time, and order volume.
  • You will receive an update if your item is expected to take longer.

 

 Non-Personalised Items
(e.g., flowers, crystals, ready-made décor and keepsakes)
  • These items can be posted within 3 days of ordering.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently use Royal Mail and EVRi for deliveries.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

 

Once dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier and may vary during busy periods.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted.
  • Tracking information will be included if you selected a tracked service at checkout.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Charlie’s Star Creations cannot be held responsible for:
  • Items returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delivery delays caused by inaccurate information

 

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay postage again for redelivery.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as:
  • Postal strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal demand
  • Courier issues outside our control

 

We will always do our best to keep you updated if delays occur.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe OR it arrives damaged:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, or within a reasonable timeframe for a non-delivered parcel.
  2. Please include clear photos if damage has occurred.
  3. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

7. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available on request.
  • Delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on the destination.
